The craftsmanship is BEAUTIFUL. The journal looks and feels so sacred. For something as meaningful as what I will be writing inside the journal, I am SO satisfied with the exterior. It is not cheaply made whatsoever. It feels like an ancient sacred journal of extreme quality. The golden studs, clasps, corners, and details on the green is absolutely perfect. She nailed the custom dragon yin-yang symbol in the center I asked for. I’m honestly blown away at how beautiful it is. I will be keeping this journal for the rest of my life. The customer service was amazing as well. She is so kind and considerate, especially with my long list of requests I had.
